What kind of photo do you need for your painting?

I need a really sharp photo. When you zoom in on an eye on a large screen it still needs to be sharp. And not pixelated. I paint from the photo so a beautiful picture means a beautiful painting:) E-Mail me your photo and I will tell you if I can work with it.

Can you send the painting to me as a parcel?

Yes I can! The price includes shipping.

How large are the paintings?

You can see my different formats in the pricelist. A different format is also possible if that is what you want, just ask me.

When do I pay?

I ask a deposit of 30% of the asking price. This is because I devote a lot of my time and energy in the painting. When your are satisfied I ask for the remaining of the payment and I give you your painting.

I would like group portrait is that possible?

Yes it is! You can give me multiple photos of the different faces if you do not have a group photo. I will photoshop them together and ask your permission before I start the painting process. It is important that the different photos are shot from the same angle.
Imagine if a group portait really is the best option. It can be really beautiful to hang separate portait paintings together on the wall. Like in this example.

How do I mount the painting on the wall?

I make my paintings on high quality watercolor paper. You can frame this.

How long will it take for my painting to be finished?

It usually takes four till eight weeks. If I think it will take me longer then I will tell you in advance. Shipping abroad will also take one till two weeks.
